Support PRODUCT WARRANTY
All our airbrushes and compressors are warranted against all manufacturing defects of material and manufacture or workmanship from date of purchase. Any part or material that is or becomes defective so as not to be usable within this period will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or units that have been altered or abused in any way.
*Needles and Nozzles need to be replaced from time to time due to ordinary wear and are not covered by the above warranty.

REPAIR RETURN OR WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE
For returns or repairs please call 1-866-997-7729 (1-905-370-0172) ask for an RA (return authorization number) then mail your airbrush or air compressor to:

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
From outside Canada
Ship goods prepaid, by insured Postal Air/Surface Mail. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other private carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Hobbipen.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
Please Note: Our Processing Centre cannot accept returns in person.
